I have bought Backdoorshoes previously (size 5/38) and they fit perfectly, I absolutely love them! As my last pair are getting a bit scruffy now I decided to buy another pair. I ordered same size as before (5/38) but when they arrived they were far too big for me. I measured them against my old ones and found they were at least one size bigger. I contacted Backdoorshoes to tell them of the problem. I was told to return them with a note. I wrote an explanatory note, I enclosed photos showing the difference between my old size 5 and this new size 5, and I returned them asking for the problem to be investigated so I could order another pair. After all, I wanted another pair but didn’t know what size to order, ie was this a one-off fault in sizing or has your sizing changed altogether? In other words what size do I order now? Well I haven’t heard anything. Just got the money refunded. No explanation, no reason, no thanks for pointing it out, no nothing! So, what size shall I order then?????
