Customer service and delivery/returns impeccable. Only one problem - I tried 2 sizes and neither fit my feet so I had to return them.
Query: I was told it would cost £3.10 to return goods, but had to pay over £5. We suspect a problem with the Post Office concerned and not with BDS. Do you care to comment?
