This was my second purchase from Backdoorshoes. I followed the advice on the website and increased my normal shoe size, but when the shoes arrived, they were too big. I have returned them for an exchange, which has been processed promptly and efficiently. I have bought Backdoorshoes products as presents for family members and they have been delighted.
