I had to contact you as the left shoe was squashed and distorted in post.
I was told to use a hairdryer on it and this actually did improve the dent.
Shame such a lovely pair of shoes were not boxed although loved the brown bag packaging as was for a Xmas present . Would have preferred to pay a little more for protected packaging .
