No problems. The shoes were delivered promptly to my brother as a Christmas present. I ordered a larger size as recommended which apparently was a perfect fit, but spent a while trying to decide what size to request. Finally ordered size 11 although his usual size is 9 1/2. It did occur to me that it might make sense to alter the sizing in the first place? Other than that all good, though I was a bit disappointed that some of the shoes were no longer available in the larger sizes
