These shoes were not bought for me but from a first-time buyer point of view, I thought I had excellent service. Particularly because, having realised I had ordered the incorrect size and sent an e-mail, I received confirmation that the size had been changed. Given the very slow delivery time of parcels owing to Covid, I rated my delivery as excellent, arriving in no more than a week after placing my order. To the best of my knowledge, the recipient is delighted.
