I ordered two pairs of back doors shoes, brogue style for my husband and sunflowers for me! I immediately loved my sunflower ones which were instantly comfortable. Unfortunately my husband's were too small (despite going up a size). I returned these after Christmas and asked to exchange them for tyre tread style. Initially I received a message that a straight size swap had been sent so my husband was delighted when a pair of size 13 tyre treads arrived a couple of days later. Apparently, it was just luck that the brogue style wasn't available in the size but I think it was diligent customer service. Special thanks to Michelle. Two happy customers now.
