Bought a pair of your clogs a few years ago and they were extremely comfortable. Recently bought what I thought was a similar model but turns out this has be replaced by a more uncomfortable version. Despite being a smaller size, they were too loose. But more importantly, the pads on the underside of shoe altered their centre of gravity and made them unsteady when walking. Thanks for providing a quick refund.
