I had to return an order as I made a mistake with a size. Royal mail took several days to deliver the return package. (I posted on the 27 April and the RM tracking website site originally stated they could not deliver at 7:40am on the 28 April but RM would deliver the next working day).I had to contact RM on 4 May( as still not delivered) - Backdoorshoes then received package on 5 May. I guess it was lucky that I return using recorded delivery - as I could follow progress. I received replacement shoes today 7 May. Thank you for your service
