It took a second try but now I have a pair of shoes that fit. My first pair were a gift for mother's day but they were too big. So I passed them on to my sister (she loves them) and ordered another pair one size smaller. They are great. I should mention that I am Canadian and the UK sizes are quite a bit bigger.
