To follow up from my previous review on creaking/squeaking insoles. To their credit Backdoor Shoes have already spoken with me to resolve the issue, and have kindly suggested sending me two replacement sets of insoles and a free gift. I am very happy with the quick service, and the honest concern they have shown to resolve the matter, very professional. I am hopeful the insoles will be fine, and I can go back to wearing the excellent shoes that I have worn for several years.
