The first style of backdoor shoes for me were a far better shape fitted perfectly than the next pair I had recently for my birthday. The size 4 were too big they were exchanged to a size 3 which were a bit better . Customer service was very good I was given 2 pairs of socks with the return size to cover the cost of postage.
