Outstanding customer service. I ordered a pair of shoes which proved to be the wrong size, so Backdoorshoes kindly let me return them for the correct size. The returned shoes got lost in the post but despite that Backdoorshoes sent me the new pair anyway. They were helpful, communicative and went out of their way to provide great service. Ten out of ten. And the shoes are great of course!
