We love these shoes! This order was for a new pair each for myself and husband. His were as expected (perfect!) though mine were unfortunately 2 different sizes (one was correct size, other was a size larger). A quick email and I was assured that a replacement pair would be sent out immediately. The postal cost for returning the mismatched pair was reimbursed to my card straight away. The replacement pair were correct and perfect, plus I found a free gift of a bluebell carrier bag. Fantastic! Really great shoes (we’ve been using them for many years) and exceptional service.
