I know it is not Backdoor Shoes’ fault but the Royal Mail’s dismal failure to deliver my order of 25th Oct (First Class payment by me!) but it is totally ridiculous that I have STILLnot received my order of Beard Balm. What is being done at your end to discover the whereabouts of this parcel? We are now going to Australia on 16th December and I am concerned that my order has disappeared into the ether, never to be seen again.
