Bought a pair of Backdoorshoes as a present but they were the wrong size. Emailed the company on the weekend and was asked to send them back and they would endeavour to find the size I wanted ( website said they were out of stock). A week later the right sized shoes arrived and our Daughter in Law was very pleased.
