As advertised I ordered a shoe one size larger than what I normally wear only to find it was too large, I didn't want to return the pair until I tried a size one down and so I spoke to Backdoor shoes who agreed I could return one pair once the smaller size arrived, alas these were still too large. Now I was getting nervous and so once again I spoke to them and I suggested that as I was going past their warehouse a couple of weeks later I would pop in on-route. Once again they obliged. Success, I eventually found the perfect fit. Such patience.
