The service and product are excellent …… however, I ordered a size 12 for my husband who is normally 10.5/11 and they are way too small so his heels are hanging off the back - such a shame as he has tried wearing them so I can’t send them back - a waste of money. I did not see any reviews saying they come up really small and I don’t even know if there is a bigger size? Sorry to give such negative feedback.
