I have purchased numerous pairs of Backdoor Shoes over the years, probably about 6, and agree they are fabulous. I've worn the soles out of 3 pairs. However, recently I have started to have sizing issues. I am normally a size 5 (38) have been since I was 12, but in a BDS I am size 4 - that's fine. A couple of years ago I had an email conversation with staff member because my latest new pair were tight. He was baffled as he said they are made in moulds and variations can't occur. Now though, the pair I ordered at the end of November have come up big (still a size 4, 37), it is very evident when held up to compare against my existing pairs, and they are so loose I have twisted my ankle a couple of times due to the lack of support.
