When i bought my first pair of back door shoes, they were far too gappy for my slender feet (although they are meant to be roomy). Customer service was excellent. I was sent 2 pairs of complimentary inner soles to try. It worked but I completely forgot to write a review! I love them. My best friend saw mine and adored them, so I have just bought her a pair for her birthday. I have the daisies, she chose poppy explosion.
