Fantastic service from Backdoor shoes. I had purchased a pair for my partner from them at Crufts many years ago and as they were very worn by now decided to buy another pair. I didn't see that they now advise customers to go up a size so ordered the same size as before. My partner did say that they were a bit tight but would persevere hoping they would give a little. Unfortunately, they didn't so I emailed the office. I received a telephone call from a lady who asked a few questions. She said not to worry and that she was sending another pair in a larger size. I was to keep the first pair and give them to someone they would fit. I am really impressed with this company and their customer care. Excellent service and other companies would do well to treat their customers in the same way.
