We have had several pairs of back door shoes and been very pleased with their comfort and durability.
It is a shame that the latest pairs have a defect which makes them squeak when wearing.
As I am sure you must have been aware of this problem should you not have replaced the insoles before sending them out.
Michele offered the advice to cut the insoles,I do not think that is my duty to do that, an offer to replace the insoles should have been immediate.
