1. This purchase replaces an earlier version of the same design with the flat sole and lower heal that are now down at heal and not really repairable. I am size 11, the shoes are size 12. 2. I use them indoors as slippers because they are comfortable, warm and easy to slip on and off. 3. Both versions are noisy with plastic inner soles, fabric ones are quieter. 4. I dislike the new chunky tread as it is less stable than the old flat style. No doubt it will be better for grip in wet conditions. 5. I dislike the new higher heal back as it catches on my heal as I walk. 6. The thing I like least about the product is that it is made in China. 7. Overall, I would prefer the old design to this new version. I am glad however to find this product is still available.
