I've been a fan of Backdoor Shoes for years. This latest purchase was to replace my original pair (which lasted about 5 years). Although a few years ago I bought 2 pairs as a present for my sisters. One pair, left by the back door in the summer sunshine, melted (!) within a couple of months. I did send you a disappointed message at the time, TWICE, actually, because I had NO response. My conclusion was that your customer service clearly didn't care. What a shame. All I wanted was for you to include a warning about leaving the shoes in hot sun! Because they are brilliant otherwise. Maybe you could take this on board now?
