Bought a pair of shoes for gardening and I must have nicked one because a tear appeared on the top. I wrote a review and mentioned this and I received a reply saying that the shoes weren't designed for heavy gardening but I received a replacement pair anyway, which I thought was admirable. I will have to be careful how I garden and they may not be adequate in the future, time will tell.
