The shoes are lovely and arrived promptly. However, the website was a nightmare - it changed billing and delivery address ,AND size I had ordered ,as soon as we pressed pay. I phoned up and spoke to a brusque, unhelpful male who immediately blamed me and the fact we had not cleared “cookies “ - which we had. He said “ I am the boss, and I make the shoes”Not impressed. If it wasn’t for customers he wouldn’t have a business.
