Ordered a pair of men's chunky tread clogs and as per their recommendation ordered my next size up (9 instead of an 8). They are huge on my feet and do not stay on. Emailed on 6th December to bring this to their attention and request a refund. Their returns policy states that I have to pay for postage and this is not refundable. My request was it should be refunded as I took their advice regarding sizing and it was wrong and I should not have to pay to return them. It's now 17th December and still no reply. The product is good but their customer service really sucks.
