I have had two pairs of backdoorshoes before in the past (size 42) and they fit perfectly and each pair lasted a good long time and as the soles had only just gone after many years decided to get my 3rd pair, however I had ordered quickly and not realised that I needed to order a size up as the shedshoes I previously had were discontinued and wider fit. Having complained about the fit but then realising it was my fault, Stephen from Backdoorshoes, who had contacted me, advised to remove the insole and if necessary, heat them up with a hair dryer for 15 seconds and immediately put my feet in to stretch them. Thank you for your help as they are now a perfect fit and will continue to buy from Backdoorshoes as they give excellent service, even if the customer has made the mistake of ordering the wrong size!
