service was good incl quick delivery. this was my 3rd purchase but it's been several years since my last purchase (only coz the shoes last so well!). the design/mould has changed slightly since my last purchase and the foot opening is now slightly smaller so they are not quite so easy to put on quickly and so far they seem a lot squeakier both with and without the insole and with and without socks - I couldn't sneak up on someone in these!
