Brilliantly handled, when my new pair arrived mis-labelled and two sizes too small. Received a phone call within the hour and apology and explanation of what went wrong. Shoes returned and replaced, postage refunded and a little gift of a matching shopper included. Thank you Steve, that was a much appreciated and welcome touch!
New shoes fit perfectly, old (finally) worn out pair binned. Onward and upward. Thoroughly recommend! 😁
