I bought my shoes in the sale so they were a good price. I found the left insole kept working its way out of the shoe while I was wearing it, so emailed the company and asked for advice. I was called soon after and asked if I'd like some replacement insoles to see whether that would solve the problem. I agreed and yes, it did solve the problem and I'm now enjoying wearing my shoes which are very convenient and comfortable.
