I bought a pair of shoes in the sale but although the same size as previously bought, these were too large. I explained and the problem was immediately resolved by a pair of insoles which arrived by post in a couple of days. Really pleased with the shoes, the insoles and the excellent after sales service by friendly helpful staff. Just a pity I won’t need to buy more shoes for a while as they last for a long time even with the rough treatment they are given.
