I bought new shoes to replace the ones I'd had for about three years. When I received the replacements I wasn't happy as they were so bulky in comparison to the old ones. I have to say Stephen at Backdoorshoes was more than helpful in solving what had happened (my old shoes had shrunk over the years). They suggested trying another pattern which fitted better. I was impressed with the time and effort put in to sort things out, a very good after care service!
