I am replacing my original review along with my sincerest of apologies. The reason I had not received my order was not Backdoorshoes fault, it was royal mail, they had apparently tried to deliver my order when I wasn't in, unfortunately they neglected to leave me a card telling me so that I could arrange redelivery. Following my very negative review Backdoorshoes contacted me and informed me that the shoes had been returned to them, so they resent my order, which I have received and I am ABSOLUTELY DELIGHTED, thank you so much for contacting me and again I apologise for my previous review.
