We have had our backdoor shoes for some years and my husband's were worn out. I ordered some new ones for him and unfortunately the wrong ones were sent. Backdoor shoes immediately sent the correct pattern and he was very happy with them. I would recommend ordering a bigger size as the new ones are not as wide as the originals.
