Amazing customer service! I bought shoes as a gift at the Chelsea Flower Show however, when they were tried on by the recipient they didn’t fit. I contacted Backdoorshoes to see if there was anything that could be done and they couldn’t have been more helpful! Needless to say the shoes were replaced and I have a very happy boyfriend! Would highly recommend the shoes, as well as the service.
