The medical shoes have horrible insoles. They are synthetic making them slippery and your feet very hot. My achilles heel was hurting badly after starting them for just 2 hours. Emailed backdoorshoes asking where they have changed garden shoes if they still have the same upper lining as mine need replacing (i don't want any like the medical insoles) and have received no reply! Poor service, prices going up but quality seems to be going down.... Shame
