My foot size falls between 10.5 and 11 so online purchases can be a problem.
Not with Backdoorshoes Ltd. The first pair of shoes were too big so I was sent a smaller size ( which are v.good fit, together with a prepaid return package for the rejected pair. I am very impressed with this level of service, not to mention the product itself.
