I ordered two pairs of shoes for my daughter and her partner. I got one of the sizes wrong and nothing was too much trouble and it was changed with free return postage. The shoes are very attractive, good quality, value for money and practical and Backdoorshoes are one of the best companies I have purchased from. Very highly recommended
