I received 2 pairs of shoes promptly, put them in quarantine (Coronavirus). My wife's Bluebell pair fitted perfectly but mine were too narrow (I have broad feet). Going back to your e-mails, the warehouse e-mail invited reply if necessary, so I replied asking to exchange my pair for larger size (shown on-line as "in stock"). No reply yet (working day and a half later) but hoping soon.... (WHOOPS! DISCOVERED REPLY IN MY SPAM FOLDER. RED FACE!)
