My husband has a pair of backdoorshoes and I have now treated myself to a pair. Some discomfort initially but this was resolved by a message to the firm. I had a very prompt response, with advice of techniques to try to resolve the issue. Delighted to say it worked and now I am as pleased with my shoes as my husband.
