I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly the shoes were delivered. Some disappointment in that my first choice of shoes were not in the size needed.
Also, as I was sending the shoes as a present, I would have liked to have been able to send a message with them.
I'm not sure if I just missed how to do that, or the facility wasn't there. I do think the quality of backdoor shoes is very good.
