Hello Michelle, We know your shoes well and like them very much - but we bought this latest pair for my son, Alistair Cain, who takes a size 12 (which these are) but he cannot get them on, so needs a size 13. As he did not order them (and we are in lockdown!) please advise how he can change them. Many thanks, Philip Cain.
