The service from Backdoorshoes was great. The colleague I spoke to for advice on sizing was very helpful and I was confident that if I put a note on my order, it would be looked at and actioned. I had first ordered a pair of shoes from Amazon and then, because I was having difficulty with sizing and choice, I went to Backdoorshoes direct. For the price of making a return, I really appreciated talking with a colleague at the company and receiving really nice customer service.
