My partner dragged me to their stand at the Gardeners World show in Birmingham yonks ago and I have hardly been out of a pair since. Living near Lisbon now and my last pair were in a sorry state so he ordered me another online using the size shown on the old pair. What with Covid, all deliveries to Portugal are heavily delayed but they finally arrived and too big. A quick email and they replied instantly identifying the problem. I sent back the new and one of my disintegrating old shoes and hopped around the garden until the second pair arrived, fitting like a glove. Backdoor Shoes are now my second lifetime partnership.
