Nightmare to deal with. Very slow delivery as it comes from Germany. Returns are to the UK. Having seen that my return has been received by them, I contacted them to ask when I’d be refunded. They have said 4 weeks is their usual time frame. The UK law says they only have 14 days to refund, but I guess they hide behind the face that they are a German company.
