Hi, Thank you so much for the bag, it's ace. The ordering process was easy enough, nice and straightforward and my bag arrived within the stated time (and the tracking number/site was informative) However my box/package arrived without my name on it, so given that i'd had it delivered to my work/office this caused a few problems - the first being that the lady that deals with incoming post didn't know who it was for (obviously this got sorted) BUT she had to open the box and then ask various people. Secondly by the time my lovely new bag had arrived at my desk it was dirty/grubby - whether this was because our post lady had opened the package or whether it was poorly packed in the first place (it arrived at my desk loose in a cardboard box) i don't know? This was a shame as it left a rather disappointing taste... Many Thanks for giving me the opportunity to comment on this and I hope this feedback is useful. Lee
