My school bought seven packets of sheep weaving kits last year for my class but due to covid and schools closing we did not open them. This year I am unable to use the products as each packet is faulty (only one basket in each packet of four is correct.) Baker Ross have refused to resolve the issue because it is outside "their 28 day money back guarantee". As a so called "valued customer" of theirs I find this most disappointing.
