I had a Father’s Day workshop in a shopping centre on Saturday 15th June. We soon realised there were missing items in every packet of bookmarks we opened. I ordered over £100’s worth.
Called today to tell them how disappointed I was. Finally got through to a manager called Greg who was very unhelpful. He kept repeating himself saying ‘if you still had the items I could give you a full refund’ and offered me a £10 credit note.
I wasn’t after a credit note or a refund. I just wanted some reassurance that this wouldn’t happen again but that didn’t happen. I told him I wouldn’t be ordering from them again, which Greg seemed quite happy about. This company does not value your business. One disappointed customer looking for another supplier
