We were very pleased with the balance between suggestions being made for our itinerary and being able to tailor timings and costs to make a bespoke holiday. Customer service was very good, we were informed at each stage of information we needed to make choices or to plan well. We felt comfortable in all three locations - two hotels and an apartment. Possibly the second hotel was more of a climb than we had anticpated but we were kept fit! All transfers were immaculate in punctuality and with helpful text confirmations the night before. We wouldn't hesitate to use Balkan Escapes again now that we know they serve other geogrphical areas too.
